MINI AUTOCROSS AND TRACK SCHOOL

Our professional driving instructors have years of racing experience and are with you every step of the way, offering feedback and encouragement via radio. They’ll always perform the initial exercises with you, demonstrating everything from proper seating positions to the best way through a corner.

Students will explore how a car handles sudden changes in direction, as their vehicle’s weight shifts through a series of left to right turns. Avoid hitting cones, and you’ll win the day.

Take one MINI. Add water, subtract grip. Feel the difference between understeer and oversteer, and learn to control the back of the car with throttle. It’s called CPR, or Correct, Pause and Recover, and it will give your heart a jump start.

These tracks are set up to be short, with aggressive turns that require a balance between throttle and brake. You’ll learn this dance by looking as far ahead as possible and planning the proper drive lines through compromised corners.

It’s you against the clock in our Timed Autocross. Use what you’ve learned from our pro instructors and apply it consistently to put down the best time. Remember, slow in, fast out — and you could win the day.

Head over to the big Thermal Club track and slot in behind our instructors. You’ll follow them through the course and learn the proper racing line, picking up speed with each lap as the session builds intensity. End the experience with a hot lap, where our instructors show just what they’re capable of on track.
